About Us:
Community
We are a community of professionals with lived experience dedicated to cultivating inclusive organizations, environments, and practices for persons with disabilities. We aim to strengthen the communities we are a part of by embracing diversity and leading with inclusive practices.
Learning
We offer training, facilitation, and consultation to service providers, families, and individuals on a wide variety of subjects relating to inclusion, such as:

In the spirit of continuous learning and unlearning, we employ and/or consult people with lived experience in all areas of our work.
Advocacy
As part of our work in cultivating inclusive communities, we take an active role in advocating for change. We aim to do this by amplifying the voices of persons with disabilities and their families.
