Using Canva

Our visual supports are mainly made in Canva. Where ever possible, we’ve included editable Canva template links, so that you can adapt the visuals to suit the person you support. Many folks like to lead or guide this process!

We have made these visuals using a paid subscription to Canva, so they do use some premium images. If you don’t have a subscription, you may not be able to use the same images when editing a template. There are many free images included in Canva, and you can upload your own images as well.

We know that not everyone is familiar with Canva, so we’ve recorded a short tutorial on how to make visuals in Canva :)
